which also brings the TpT B2S sale...
so I guess it all evens out!
I think it's mostly self-explanatory, but
listening-my oldest has taken over my office with his Minecraft. I I'm not talking idle Minecraft on the Xbox here. Like they are all on headsets on their little Macs bartering, yelling, and whatever else 15 year olds who never leave the house do on Minecraft. Part of us wishes he was a tad more social, but I'm also very thankful he is a kind, considerate, homebody! Teenage years are certainly scary!
loving-if you follow me on IG, you know I started seeing a nutritionist last Wednesday.
Funny story-they gave me a binder divided into weeks to set goals, record food, etc. As soon as hubs saw it he fa-reeked! He thought I was pregnant! bahahaha!
anyways-I've had to cut out all sugar, starches, alcohol, and fruit. Need 100 grams of protein per day. yada yada. Week one I lost 5 pounds. Just started week two and I swear by DAY 2 I noticed how different I felt. I really get what all that crap was doing to my moods and body!
So my goal is to go from 153 (were I started and the most I have ever weighed...including pregnancy!) to my old 120 lbs. It's a 12 week plan with weekly visits and since there is money involved, I am much more apt to stick with it! My decision was tough because I was embarrassed. I hated seeing pictures of myself and couldn't wear almost any of my clothes. Even my arms had gotten too fat to wear my tops. It was time. and it is hard. But I feel so much better!
thinking-I really and truly took this summer off. I notice the more years I teach, the less I feel I need to do. That is until a month before school and I start seeing everyone's ideas! Oh well! My Silhouette will just be busy!
I think the rest speaks for itself!
Happy August!
Go and link up too!
Congrats with your nutrition plan! I would love to do something like that. Is your family eating similarly? I live with my boyfriend and every time I suggest cutting things like dairy, sugar, grains, etc. for a few weeks, he says NO WAY and I'm not sure I have the discipline to do it on my own! Best of luck with your back to school. You start on my birthday!

Good for you with the eating. It's hard to do, but you're eating it. I'm off to IKEA soon, too. See you around! Kathleen

ReplyDeleteGood job on the nutrition plan! Cutting sugar will make you feel amazing in no time - I'm following a similar diet right now, and have more energy than I ever have had before! Good luck!
