In a few days I will have my consult to get these wisdom teeth out. Let’s just say I am not feelin’ it. I really avoided it…But it got me thinking about teeth…A LOT!
YAY! I finally finished my Terrifically Toothy Activities packet that includes a little of everything. Science, health, Social Studies, Math, Reading, and Writing. It’s just five little activities, but it’s going to really pump up my dental health unit! I am so excited to share all about the crazy ways people celebrate the loss of a tooth!
If you pick one up from TpT, give me some feedback. I would love to know what you think and how I could improve it! {Just a note about the I Lost my Tooth In… kids-they should print ok, I think they look blurry in the file, but they are supposed to print well}
In other news, I am totally revamping my OLD Seuss rotations I used with my fourth graders. I always found it really difficult to find activities to celebrate Seuss with older kids, so I made some years ago. I am finally sprucing them up and adjusting for 2nd-5th graders. So if you bought the previous ones, you will get the new and improved ones, too! I hope to have them finished up this week.
I am really NOT looking forward to my workday tomorrow. Sniffle, whine…but I have some planning, bulletin boarding, and furniture moving to do!
Bummer on having to get the teeth pulled! The unit looks awesome though whatever the inspiration.
