those fabulous drawers Monday Made it!

So, after Cupcake pinned this set of drawers

I literally spent the better part of an evening ignoring my family looking for the source of those beauties!
to no avail!
So, being the persistant little thing that I am, I MADE those labels! and in a few options! here's to this summer's first Monday-Made-It!!

Here's what I did {without Internet, Mod Podge, or anything else for that matter at home!}
Materials: Sterlite 3-Drawer set. These are made for the paper size {8.5x11"}
scissors
your preferred adhesive!

Directions:
1. Print-I actually had to print on the back of an email I found in the kitchen at the "new house" since I have no clue where I packed our paper!
2. Cut
3. Place in your drawers and make a crease where you will need to trim {I used my nails}
4. Trim
5. Attach to the drawers {since I did not have mod podge, I used clear tape.} I WILL be redoing them most likely. We had a bad rainstorm last night and I had to carry my printed labels under my shirt while I darted madly for the car and they have a few water spots!}

download here or click a picture!

here are the options! All graphics are from Dreamlike Magic and fonts are from Kimberly Geswein

I saved these in a powerpoint so there woud not be a white border around them. I ended up trimming mine to the "point" in the frame and a tad off each side. I also cannot decide on what I want my third drawer to be labeled {I put all things that need to be graded instantly in my take home bag-it's a classroom job!}
So I hope you can use on your journey to cuteness and organization!
now go and link up with my friend Tara!

  22. I absolutely love that you shared the labels. Any suggestions on how to begin to create labels of my own? I'm a novice. I see such cute things on Pinterest and I want to know how to create labels and posters to use in my classroom.

  27. Thank you so much! I had some labels on my drawers, but not nearly as cute as these!!!

  28. Did you have to scale these down or cut a lot off to make them fit your drawers? I used the same ones you pictured, and they're too big. Maybe I have the wrong size drawers ...

  29. Hi! I was wondering if there was anyway you could make them wider, so they can fit the sterilite containers? I use those for my units, and would love to use these as my labels! Thank you so much!
